Add some rhythm, dance and drumming to your life this summer by registering for Dr. Drum's Bomba Classes, happening all June-long! Sessions will take place on a weekly basis, every Tuesday, at the Andrew Freedman Home and are open to students from beginner to intermediate skill levels. Whether you want to learn more about traditional Afro Puerto Rican culture or just add something musical to your list of hobbies, Dr. Drum has you covered!

Fundamental Elements of Bomba

Tuesdays, 6PM - 7:30PM

Beginner classes focus primarily on song and dance and aim to engage students not only physically, but rhythmically. Please note that drum lessons are not included with beginner classes.

Drum Song Dance

Tuesdays, 7:30PM - 9PM

​

Intermediate classes focus primarily on drumming and aim to develop hand-ear coordination skills while strengthening students' sense of rhythm. Please note that drums WILL be provided by Dr. Drum for use in class.
